This
recipe is used in the Sahara and requires no coals but
ground temperatures higher than 35 degrees are required.
Otherwise coals beneath the oven are recommended.
A very succulent and tasty dish.

Take
A Whole Succulent Baby Lamb
Marinade in Yogurt, Onion & Garlic
Spice with Cumin, Salt & Pepper
Wrap in Palm Leaves
Add Whole Chilli's should this be your preference
Set Aside while you gather your tools to dig your "oven"
at least 50 - 80cm Deep,
Layer the "oven" well with Palm Leaves,
Place whole Lamb Inside cover again layer the top with leaves and cover
with earth
Pour Yourself a Long Cold Drink & Relax For The Day.
Check On Meat After 8hrs & Cover Again If Necessary.
